SMB LAW acts on behalf of parties in various mediation and arbitration forums including, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI), Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), under Rules No 125 and 126, and also under the FOSFA Arbitration Rules, on contractual and contentious matters which arise between traders and their counterparties, owners, terminals, freight forwarders, surveyors and port authorities, with a focus on commodities (soft, oil, metal) and shipping transactions, the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (the LMAA) and others.
